The Circle of Ambassadors of the African Culture Fund is expanding with the entry of Mr. Mossadeck Bally, a successful Malian entrepreneur.
A great lover of art and culture, Mossadeck Bally is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Azalaï Hotels Group, a leading hotel chain in West Africa. Since October 2022, he has chaired the National Council of Employers of Mali (CNPM).
