The fourth meeting of the African Culture Fund’s Board of Directors was held on Saturday, July 30, 2022, by videoconference due to the context still marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mamou Daffé mentioned, some indicators that denote the good health of the ACF, in particular:
– the partnerships forged with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Mali, the Kôrè Institutes of Arts and Crafts (IKAM), and the 32 BIS art center in Tunis as part of the implementation of the 1st cohort of the ACF ACADEMY program;
– the CCK-ACF consortium, which enabled to fund 42 cultural and creative industries projects in Africa.

The members of the Board all congratulated the executive committee and the ACF administration for the quality of the work carried out despite the difficult global context. The exchanges were fruitful with good resolutions.
