Its project named “MUSO KAN”, the word of women in Bambara (dialect of Mali) was born from the observation that women, who have a strong presence in our daily lives, are very often absent from artistic life. MUSO KAN wants to give back space to these women, to these mothers who give us life, and who watch over us by joining them in their daily lives, in their world. It is, through an exhibition of 40 photo portraits and poems, to present and revive their memories, their dreams, their doubts, their hopes to the women of the Tontines of the Kalaban Coro district in Bamako.
