Moussa Boubacar Diarra holds a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations and Administration and a Master’s degree in Foreign Language. He began his career in the training and socio-professional integration of young people. Former CEO of the Doni Blon Training Center, he then became a consultant in the creative industries sector working for several training institutes in Mali and in the sub-region. As of January 2022, he joined the African Culture Fund as Manager of Grants and ACF ACADEMY Program, the continental capacity building program of ACF. Moussa Boubacar Diarra will bring his expertise to the African Culture Fund, particularly with regard to the professionalization of the African creative sector.
